At TechXSpot, we only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product:

  • Click on “Return” on our website or contact us within 6 days of delivery.
  • Our team will get in touch shortly to confirm the issue and schedule a pickup.
  • At the time of pickup, you’ll receive a brand-new replacement — no delays or extra wait.


📦 Eligibility for Exchange

  • Defects must be reported within 6 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Only manufacturing or functionality-related defects are eligible.      
  • No returns or refunds are accepted for non-defective products.
